How we train

All of our Software engineers are selectively picked out of a group of people. We don't judge anyone who is having any mental illnesses or anything that may hold him back for us it is important that everyone working for our company enjoys their time working with us. Since we are not profit oriented, pressure is lower than at an average workplace making it great for people who are easily stressed, or have other mental diseases.

Treating your employees with respect and caution is a very important part of today's business we feel is addressed way to little. People tend to work more because of the age of technology. Because of this it is important to create a safe and hostile free environment where people don't feel too much under pressure. This is why we tend to pay our people average wages if possible even if they only work half as much time as at an average German workplace (20 Hours).

How we lead

Our leadership made out of a great range of people including people with dislexia, burnout patients and more. This made us realize what is really important at a workplace and what isn't. Egoistic behavior is not kindly seen in our office and this benefits not only us but also our customers, since we always treat them with respect no matter who they are.

All of our Leaders hearts beat for technology. We breathe it daily so we got very used to the idea of innovation. If you have ideas for projects we are always open to listen. If you need help implementing your solutions, we will help you. This is the mindset of our company. We always help even if it requires work on our side.
